If you’re the one everyone depends on but you feel anxious, burned out, or emotionally drained, you don’t have to keep pushing through alone. I work with adults who are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed on the inside, especially women, professionals, parents, caregivers, and veterans navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, burnout, and major life transitions.
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and over 20 years of experience across diverse healthcare settings. As a veteran, I bring personal understanding of military culture and chronic stress. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and judgment-free, blending evidence-based medication management with supportive, real-world conversation.
If you’re looking for care that feels thoughtful, respectful, and tailored to your life, not rushed or one-size-fits-all, invite you to schedule a consultation and take the first step toward feeling more grounded and supported.

You may be the dependable one in your relationships, your family, or your work. The one who figures it out. The one who does not want to burden anyone. The one who keeps going. But underneath that, there may be a constant stream of pressure: replaying what you said, wondering whether you disappointed someone, questioning whether you are doing enough, and struggling to rest without feeling behind. Even when you are functioning, it may not feel like ease. Carrying this kind of pressure, it has to go somewhere. It might show up as overworking, avoiding things you don’t want to deal with, shutting down, or habits you’re not proud of. I work with capable people who have learned to keep going at their own expense.
I have Bachelor and Master Degrees in Social Work. I have worked in various areas in social services, from child welfare to transplant. Mental health is important and the effects on the body must be acknowledged. I am advocate for patients learning their voice and knowing they matter!
