I'm Melissa Avitia, a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and families, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and school-related challenges. I graduated from the University of Texas-Pan American, and I'm passionate about creating a compassionate, empowering space where clients can build resilience and restore balance in their lives.
Hi, I’m Noemi. I work with young adults who seem to have it together on the outside but struggle on the inside with deep anxiety, intense stress, or depression that makes it hard to focus, enjoy life, or feel settled in who they are. If you feel like you’re trying really hard but still can’t tap into your strengths or make sense of your place in the world, you’re not alone — and I’d be glad to walk alongside you as you begin to feel more grounded and less overwhelmed.
I have been a licensed clinical social worker for over 30 years bringing broad experience and perspective to my sessions. I believe that joining with a client is paramount to establishing trust. Trusting that your provider cares for you, has your best interest at heart and provides you with reasonable and doable solutions is key to growth. If we don’t connect, no harm/no foul. We agree to move on and I will assist with that process, if necessary.
My name is Trendolyn Davis-Klutts a LPC in Dallas, Texas. I enjoy encouraging and guiding individuals to help them reach recovery and stability within their lives. I have worked within the mental health field for 11 years. I had the pleasure to work with individuals with different mental health disorders such as Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar I Disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder, and other areas where people are affected based on mental concerns, or personal life changes.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from California University of Pennsylvania in 2020. Since then, I’ve worked with children and adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and some substance use, also at a psychiatrist hospital and with youth in the juvenile system. I’m a first-generation Nigerian American and the creative “black sheep” of my family. I bring empathy, authenticity, and individuality into my therapy practice, helping clients heal and grow.
