Hi, and welcome! I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. My name is Nate, and I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey. Healing and growth are possible—sometimes it starts with just one small step forward.
A little about me: I hold a Master’s in Social Work, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina. My passion is helping people who are hurting find hope, strength, and clarity. If you’re here, it likely means you’re ready for change, and that’s a courageous first step. Let’s begin this work together.
Are you a worrier? Do you have difficulty saying “no” or have a constant need to please others? I can help. I am a bilingual therapist specialized in anxiety. I can work with you to develop tools, build on communication skills and help identify strategies that will work for you and will help you feel more comfortable with who you are. The therapy that I offer provides support to rediscover strengths and identify new ones.
My name is Samantha McKenzie and I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice (LISW-CP). I specialize in treating OCD, eating disorders, and anxiety disorders. A lot of my clients also struggle with perfectionism, depression, and self-criticism. I help them identify their inner critic and separate themselves from the OCD and eating disorder.
Clients should know that I am married, and I have 2 children, and I bring my life experiences both professionally and personally to the therapeutic process.
The decision to start therapy is a courageous one. I create an open and safe environment for you to embark on your therapeutic journey. In my practice I take a strength-based approach to help you learn and grow. I am interested in exploring who you are as an individual and helping you get where you want to be. Together I hope to build a respectful and collaborative therapeutic alliance.
Hi, I'm Dr. Lavi Wilson, a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical addiction specialist in North Carolina with over 13 years of licensed practice experience and 16 years in the field. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance use, and the weight of carrying too much for too long. While I'm grounded in evidence-informed practices, my approach is warm, direct, and shaped by your real life, not a textbook. I make space for what you bring and help you sort through it at your pace. I'd be glad to meet you.
Ever feel like your brain just won't cooperate? You know what you need to do, but you can't make yourself do it. You lose things, forget things, start projects you never finish — and you've probably been told to just try harder.
That gets old.
I'm Rodney. I'm a board-certified PMHNP and I work exclusively with adults who think they might have ADHD — or who already know they do and need a provider who actually gets it. ADHD is all I do, which means I'm not guessing.
I'll be straight with you: I talk to my patients like people, not cases. I want to know what your life actually looks like — your job, your relationships, what's driving you crazy — because that's how we figure out what's going to help.
I'm a veteran, and if that's part of your story too, you'll feel that in how I communicate. Direct, no fluff, no runaround.
I see adults across all of North Carolina via telehealth, seven days a week. If this sounds like what you've been looking for, just reach out.
