Hi, I’m Cindy and I want you to know this: you don’t have to go through it alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying it all, therapy can be a space to exhale, reflect, and gently begin again.
I come to this work not only as a clinician but as a human being shaped by my own lived experience. I’m a proud Trinidadian-American who migrated to the U.S. at a young age, and I know what it’s like to navigate different worlds, expectations, and identities. That background helps me show up with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for the unique path each client walks.
I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Social Work at Simmons University, and my clinical experience has focused on supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, burnout, and issues related to identity and belonging. I have a special heart for clients who are used to being the strong ones, the caregivers, the first-gen trailblazers, the ones who hold space for everyone else.
In our work together, you can expect warmth, honesty, and collaboration. I use a relational and strengths-based approach, integrating tools from CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, but more importantly, I meet you where you are, honoring your pace and your story.
This is your space to feel seen, to feel safe, and to explore what healing could look like for you. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Hi there! I'm Dr. Sean. I help people break out of vicious cycles and build a life they love to live.
I work with individuals from birth to age 30, and their families. My specialty is treating ADHD and other complex issues for which help is often hard to find.
In addition to my doctoral training, I completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Geisinger in pediatric psychology (2014). I am a licensed psychologist in PA and NY.
I graduated from Fordham University in 2009 and began applying my new skills in trauma- and addiction-focused positions across clinics and hospitals in NYC. I continued working in crisis response services upon moving to Rochester, NY and in 2020 I became interested in sex therapy and integrative sex and couples therapy. I studied to obtain my Certification in Sex Therapy from the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists. My work focuses on a number of sexual health and mental health issues, including desire discrepancies, physical concerns that limit one's ability to enjoy preferred sexual activities, erotic recovery after infidelity and/or trauma, establishment of monogamy agreements, kink-affirming care and assistance to co-create polyamorous relationship agreements.
Dr. Danielle Waldron is a clinical psychologist with years of experience working in various settings, including a college counseling center, in-patient and outpatient clinics at city and private hospitals, and community clinics. Hi, my name is Deirys and I am looking forward to assisting you on your healing journey. I am a bilingual English/Spanish speaking clinician. I have 10 years of experience in working with children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in areas such as trauma, abuse, domestic violence, stress and anxiety, depression, adjustment/transitional issues, work related stressors, relationships and family.
I have my BA in sociology from Haverford College and my Masters in Social work from NYU. I have my LCSW and have a background in doing home visits with families in Brooklyn struggling with mental health and substance use. I have four years post graduate training in Gestalt Therapy at the Gestalt Associates for Psychotherapy and I have also studied Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy at the Center for Somatic Studies. I am a trained yoga teacher and have been practicing meditation for 10+ years.
I work with people who are stuck at certain crossroads in their life. Typically, the external problems seem to solve themselves once therapy reaches a certain point. This applies to work, relationships, life goals, and creative pursuits. My job is to help you transform mental or physical pain into something that is bearable and makes life worth living.
I work with a wide range of clients.
I welcome any questions you have. Feel free to give me a call or email with any questions you have about starting therapy.
I'm Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 3+ years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and practical—I’m big on helping you understand why you feel the way you do, while also giving you real tools you can use outside of sessions. I specialize in self-worth, boundaries, emotional regulation, and breaking unhealthy patterns in dating and relationships. If you’re looking for a supportive space to heal, get clarity, and feel more confident in your life and relationships, I’d love to work with you.
Difficult experiences in our lives can bring up feelings of anxiety, depression, or lack of direction. I aim to help you work through these issues and identify inner strengths to be a happier and healthier version of you.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults. I value creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My work focuses on helping individuals navigate emotional regulation, life stressors, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I take a solution-focused, practical approach, tailoring each session to meet your individual needs and goals. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and meaningful.
I work with artists of all backgrounds regarding struggles around creativity and self expression. I offer an affirming, safe space for people who identify as POC and LGBTQIA+ to explore their identities and deconstruct their own narrative within the larger lens of society. I treat both individuals, and couples, ranging from ages 15-40+.
