As a licensed psychologist, I help clients achieve their goals and overcome challenges through a collaborative and evidence-based approach. Using a culturally responsive cognitive behavior therapy framework, I create a safe space for self-exploration and making meaningful change. Working together, my clients have reported improved mood, relationships, and self-image. I have helped clients change unhelpful habits, adjust to life transitions, and reach their goals.
I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Let's work together to build healthy strategies you can implement to manage through life's challenges. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or daily life stressors, I am here to help.
I've worked successfully with race-and class-diverse, LGBT and straight clients from teens to seniors. Many are new to NYC or in other life transitions. Clients come with anxiety, identity issues, relationship or work problems, trouble managing anger...My style is warm yet analytical, and interactive. I encourage laughter! I find that people want to understand themselves, break free from self-damaging patterns, and live more fully--and joyfully.
I have worked in the healthcare field for over fifteen years, with a strong background in emergency medicine, and behavioral health. The last 15 years have prepared me to continue to be a leader in the profession.
I am a dedicated mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. In my free time I enjoy cooking, traveling, and getting back into running.
I have excellent clinical skills, empathy, and an attentiveness to detail. I am a patient advocate with strong interpersonal skills.
“Therapy for kids who don’t think it’s for them, parents in the thick of it, and women who are doing everything for everyone—except themselves.”
Sound like you or someone you love? Well...I’ve got you covered!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in preteens and teenagers navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, and the complicated space between parents and kids. Much of my experience was built inside a school-based health clinic at the middle school level. Working with students in the middle of their actual world, not just an office. That perspective shapes everything about how I work.
As an elder millennial and a parent, myself, I understand the impossible math of work-life balance. The guilt of feeling stretched too thin and the fear that you’re somehow getting it wrong. You’re not failing your kid. You’re here, and that’s whatmatters.
My approach is warm but direct, grounded in evidence-based practice and genuine connection. I meet kids where they are...not where we think they should be. I work alongside parents as partners, not critics. Because you know your child better than anyone. My job is to help you find each other again.
I also have a passion of working with women of all ages who are navigating careers, life, the world we live in and all of the complexities in between. I provide a judgement free, open space to live your truth and get answers to those questions that keep you up at night.

I am here to partner with you as you examine your life and look for meaning, direction, and greater joy. My background is in family systems and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am most strongly aligned with Positive Psychology, which helps us build resilience to cope with life's challenges and improve relationships.
I find it so rewarding to participate in the healing process and help others accomplish goals and gain mastery over their inner and outer worlds.
I am curious to hear your story!
I'm a trauma-informed therapist in New York and Florida who works specifically with moms of explosive boys. My training is rooted in understanding the nervous system — which means I work beneath the behavior, not just at the surface of it. I'm not going to hand you a sticker chart or tell you to pick your battles. I understand what you're actually dealing with — and I take it seriously.
Attention, impulse control, and trauma-related issues are often misunderstood, stigmatized, and poorly treated. With time and treatment, patients who are affected learn to recognize and compensate for their symptoms. Self-acceptance brings appreciation for their own energy, strengths, and resilience. Many continue to exciting lives of high achievement and satisfaction. It is my privilege to accompany you on this journey.
