I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist working since 2017 in community mental health and private practice. I have a masters degree specializing in couples and family therapy. I work to offer a space where clients can be seen and heard.
I have worked with individuals who suffers with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and substance abuse disorders. The most profound thing that I've learned is that we can improve ourselves at any point in our lives. I earned my Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. As a LCSW, I have worked with diverse and vulnerable populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My goal is to assist individuals in reaching their highest potential.
EPIR Source is built on the foundation of trust and accountability between clinician and client. We pride ourselves on providing the EPIR Experience which includes clients having a life transforming, therapeutic experience.
I have over 3 decades of experience working in the fields of mental health and social work. I work with youth, adults, and couples who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, relationship issues, and school refusal.
I have spent my career learning and translating theories into practice with individuals, families, couples, and groups. For the last few years, I've gained deeper knowledge working with trauma, anxiety, couples, and the LGBTQIA+ population.
I received my doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where I began my specialization in trauma and relational therapy. I have worked with individuals, families, couples, children, and adolescents in a variety of settings, including Hartgrove Hospital, Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Community Reach Center, located in Denver, CO, as well as private/group practices in both the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
