I’m Jenna Striebel, MA, LMHC (Florida), LPC (Ohio), and ATR-P, with over a decade of compassionate, creative, and faith-integrated counseling for children, teens, and adults. I specialize in attachment, trauma healing, grief, addiction recovery, generational wounds, emotional regulation, and spiritual growth.
I hold a BA in Psychology & Visual Arts from the University of Dayton (2014) and an MA in Clinical Counseling & Art Therapy from Ursuline College (2017), plus certifications in HeartMath (2021) and Child-Centered Play Therapy (2023). Outside sessions, I love painting, hiking, reading, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering locally. I’m honored to serve as your steady lighthouse through life’s storms.
I have been working for over 20 years in mental health and work well with adults with issues of depression and anxiety. I am licensed in the state of Florida and have a Master's Degree in Social Work. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and solution focused approaches to improve self-esteem to conquer your emotions, build healthier coping mechanisms and help you deal with your thoughts.
