I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who values creating a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported. I bring both professional training and lived experience into the room, which helps me connect with clients on a genuine level. My background includes working with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting clients who have felt misunderstood or silenced, and I aim to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect as we work together.
My goal is to help you understand and accept the many multifaceted aspects of yourself and integrate these aspects, forming a cohesive, harmonious sense of self. Our journey together is about developing a profound self-understanding and acceptance, freeing yourself from entrenched patterns, and healing from past experiences. This process leads to outcomes such as heightened self-awareness, self-confidence, reduced stress, and increased capacity to face the world with your whole, authentic self.
Many of us feel overwhelmed by the world that we live in. It helps to have someone to listen about the concerns we have or the things that make us feel despair. Therapy can be a great way to get some of these feelings out of our heads and into the world where they often appear more manageable and less overwhelming. I believe therapy should be collaborative and that I, as the therapist, should sit with you in whatever state you are in and that we should both work together to address your needs.
