On the outside you may appear capable or successful, but internally things feel heavy, uncertain, or disconnected. Many people I work with are navigating life transitions, stress from work or relationships, or persistent self-doubt. I often work with men who have had difficulty opening up about mental health, but I welcome adults of all backgrounds who want relief from anxiety, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of direction.

My approach combines deeper self-understanding with practical tools so we can identify patterns that keep you stuck and develop strategies that help you feel calmer, more confident, and more grounded.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Colorado private practice. I graduated with from University of Colorado in 2019 with a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor's of Science in Nutritional Science from Colorado State University in 2012. I have experience in community-based therapy, crisis/emergency response, domestic violence, and psychedelic- assisted therapy. My specializations include: trauma, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence.
