You’re doing your best, and yet things aren’t landing the way you hoped. You put in the effort and care deeply, but something feels off, like your intentions don’t translate into the outcomes you want. You might find yourself asking, “What am I missing?” That gap can feel frustrating, confusing, and isolating. I work with clients who often feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to show up as their full, authentic selves. Many are navigating chronic or invisible illness, neurodivergence, emotional regulation challenges, identity shifts, relationship stress, or difficulties at work or school.

Therapy can be a space where you begin to understand what’s been holding you back and start creating meaningful change.

Hi, my name is Alisha Dozier and I have been working in the mental health field for 19 years. I love providing safe haven for individuals to work through their personal struggles.
I approach this work with curiosity and respect for how complex people are. I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and an MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I am also a Certified NARM® Master Therapist, which informs my focus on working with developmental and relational trauma.
