I offer medication management and therapeutic support, with a strong emphasis on dignity, respect, and trust. My goal is to walk alongside you—whether you are taking your first step toward healing or continuing your journey toward long-term mental wellness.
You deserve to feel safe, seen, and supported. I am here to help you reclaim your peace, purpose, and strength—one step at a time.
Please note: I am currently available for clinical diagnosis, custom treatment plan and a combination of therapy with medication management for monthly 30 minute follow ups & sooner for regimen changes. Currently waitlisted for more frequent talk therapy.
My individualized approach to mental health is to adapt to each client’s unique needs, meeting them where they are and collaboratively building a path forward. I’m a board-certified psychiatrist with over a decade of experience working across inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth settings. All of my experiences have shaped how I approach treatment: thoughtful, evidence-based, and centered on the person that is in front of me. My priority is to meet you where you are, and to understand you as a person.
