Hello, I'm Daisy, a Board Certified, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse (PMHNP-BC). I have over 10 years experience in Mental Health.
Hi, I’m Tina Chen, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping clients feel their best. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and ADHD, and I combine medication management with practical tools from CBT and positive psychology. With advanced training from California Baptist University and National University, I focus on creating a supportive, collaborative space where you can build confidence, resilience, and balance in your everyday life.
I am a licensed and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. The number one goal for my patients is to maintain trust through empowerment and education. I will listen to their concerns with a deeper appreciation to set expectations that will form the framework for treatment and education based on their individual strength. I encourage my patients to be partners in their care and together we can manage their challenges for a positive outcome and a fulfilling happy life.
I am a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in both Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health. With a foundation in whole-person, evidence-based care, I integrate medical management with psychotherapy and lifestyle interventions to support mental and physical wellness.
My background spans outpatient psychiatry, primary care, home health, and assisted living settings, allowing me to understand the unique needs of patients across all stages of life. I have extensive experience treating mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and chronic medical comorbidities that impact emotional well-being.
I believe in creating a collaborative, compassionate, and culturally sensitive environment where patients feel heard and empowered to take an active role in their care. My approach focuses on building balance—supporting both the mind and body—through medication management, therapy, and integrative care strategies.

His research background in the field of neuroscience was extremely helpful in understanding mental health disorders. During his residency training he was working in both academic and community settings with a variety of patient populations. Having special interest in mental health disorder in older adults, after graduating from residency in Adult Psychiatry, he did a fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he was trained more specifically to take care of older adults with mental health disorders. He graduated from Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship at UCLA in 2019 and shortly after he began his private practice.
